Moorditj Kaartdijin Bidi – Strong Knowledge Pathway is a culturally grounded capability framework for organisations working with Aboriginal people, across every sector. It is a modular learning program that helps organisations build cultural capability and work more effectively with Aboriginal people, communities and stakeholders — choose individual modules or the full pathway, delivered in a way that fits your workforce.

The six modular learning areas

A flexible learning pathway made up of customisable modules (C1–C6) that can be tailored to your organisation’s needs. Select the modules you need, in the order that works for you — each module builds on the last, creating a strong pathway from awareness to sustained capability.
