Danielle McGuire is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Corporation.
Danielle has played a significant leadership role in MKAC's growth and development and brings extensive experience across operations, workforce leadership, service delivery, quality systems and organisational management.
With formal qualifications and extensive experience in quality management, Danielle has been instrumental in strengthening organisational systems, governance and continuous improvement processes across MKAC. She is passionate about ensuring quality is not viewed as a standalone function but is embedded throughout every aspect of the organisation, from clinical services and community programs through to workforce development, governance and corporate operations.
As Acting CEO, Danielle is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the organisation, implementing Board and strategic priorities, and ensuring MKAC continues to deliver high-quality, culturally safe services to Aboriginal people, families and Communities across Western Australia.
