On Monday 13 October, Moorditj Koort’s Elders Care Support Program recently hosted a wonderful Elders Day in Kwinana, bringing together community members to celebrate our elders.
The event was a great turn out, with our elders connecting and sharing a day of laugher, feedback sessions, entertainment, and delicious food.
Elders also shared stories, reflected on community history, and the importance of why this service is welcomed by all community. This was an important event to recognise the invaluable role our Elders play in guiding, teaching, and strengthening our communities.
