Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Corporation, through our Cultural Care Connect and Elder Care Support Program, in partnership with the City of Kwinana, invites our Elders and community to come along to a special day focused on connection, wellbeing and community support.
Join us for a welcoming and culturally safe day where Elders can:
Connect with local services and organisations
Learn about health and wellbeing supports
Access information and helpful resources
Find out about mental health and safety services
Meet with community organisations
Enjoy a yarn, connect with others and strengthen community connections
This is a great opportunity for Elders to come together, have a yarn, meet local services and enjoy a morning focused on strong Elders and a strong community.
